SAINT MARTIN COMMERCIAL CENTRE

Description

The project consists in the refurbishment of the Shopping Center Saint-Martin in Laval. Work included refurbishment of the Pharmaprix to increase its floor area, demolition of 26 000 sq.ft. and reconstruction of two new premises on existing foundations. The project also includes entire reconstruction of the façade, demolition of the second storeys and repair of the structure above the Dollarama. Seismic retrofit of all the buildings, as well as refurbishment work of the roofs for snow accumulation were carried out.
