IBAC TANK - NAJRAN UNIVERSITY

Description

Building  of a  water treatment  plant  on Narjan  University Campus  in Saudi  Arabia. The  concrete tank  is 12 meters in height and has a diameter of 22  meters. A suspended walkway was built  on top of the tank. The  project  was  divided  into  three  phases.  The  first  phase  included  building  a  pump  station  and  filters. For  each  of  the  three  phases,  work  included  the  construction  of  two  membrane-lined  tanks,  a  building sheltering a compressor, four tanks for the reactor and two mud tanks, as well as two pre-treatment tanks, a  treatment  building  and  a  chloride  treatment  tank.  Drawings  and  specifications  for  this  project  were developed taking into account the desert climate in the project location.
