Description

Major renovations and retrofit at Leclerc Detention Center. A diligent study of the conditions of the buildings was carried out as part of the project. The transformation part of the project consist in the retrofit and renovation of 25 buildings on a 734 000 sq. ft. site. B.E.S. performed capacity assessments and feasibility studies.
