Description

Partial demolition and reconstruction of the Fondaction Montreal Building. The foundations and the ground floor slab were preserved. The building is a 3 storeys building with one underground level parking which covers one third of the building aera. Each floor covers 29 000 sq.ft. The mezzanine floor is made of concrete slabs of 4’’on steel deck whereas the roof is on steel beams.
