REFURBISHMENT WORK - ROCKHILL APARTMENTS

Description

Revitalization of the Rockhill apartment complex located in Montreal. The complex is composed of six concrete apartment towers with 20 storeys, underground parking facilities and inner courtyard. In order to meet the client’s strategic objectives, major changes were necessary. The changes involved the bases and the foundation of the buildings as well as the refurbishment of the rooftop and the addition of canopies. These interventions require structural changes and retrofit work.
