Description

Expansion of an existing building in order to shelter a new MAZDA dealership in Valleyfield. The existing building is a 2 storey concrete structure with pile foundations. The expansion is a one floor steel structure that rests on three facades of the existing building. The surface is 6 900 sq. ft. for the existing building and 20 000 sq. ft. for the expansion. B.E.S. developed a structural concept that resulted in major cost reduction
